30-Day Return Policy
At Abby Brands Inc., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at contact@abbycart.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs as we do not provide a return label. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or Chat Support to initiate a return or exchange.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not cover reverse logistics costs unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. This fee covers processing and restocking expenses and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. However, in some cases, it may take up to a month for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
We do not bear the reverse logistics cost unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once downloaded or opened. We cannot offer refunds for digital products.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed only if the item has not yet been shipped. Please reach out to our support team at contact@abbycart.com with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once the item is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and our return policy will apply.
Delivery Confirmation Policy:
Orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are considered completed transactions. Abby Brands Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier for further assistance. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders showing as delivered.
