30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or Chat Support to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at abbycart.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not cover reverse logistics costs unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not bear the reverse logistics cost unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once downloaded or opened. We cannot offer refunds for digital products.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
