How do I place an order on abbycart.com?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you like, and proceed to checkout. Enter accurate shipping and payment details to complete your purchase securely.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@abbycart.com or through our website's live chat support. Once an order is processed in the system and enters the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return or refund as per our 30-day policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure digital payment options. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our primary markets are the United States and Canada, though we serve customers worldwide.
Where are your items shipped from?
All items are prepared in our U.S. facilities and shipped from either Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Sanborn, New York, depending on your location.
What are your shipping rates within the U.S.?
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $99.
For U.S. orders under $99:
- $5.99 USPS Standard Shipping
- $9.99 UPS Expedited Shipping
What are international shipping fees?
Shipping rates for destinations outside the United States are calculated at checkout and vary by country.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
For standard returns, customers may either:
- Ship the item back using their preferred carrier, or
- Request a prepaid UPS return label ($7.99 deducted from the refund)
Refund eligibility is subject to inspection of the returned item.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, and refunds may be denied if the item is used or not in resellable condition (e.g., if the packaging is opened or the item shows signs of wear).

For the fastest processing, we recommend requesting a prepaid UPS return label ($7.99 deducted from the refund).
Customers may also choose to self-ship using their preferred carrier.
Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

No — AirTags are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.
